This site is run by UnyKorn LLC (Wyoming). For any request about information you sent us, email kevan@unykorn.org.

What the contact form collects

The form on /contact/ asks for your name, email, entity, phone, matter type, jurisdiction and notes. Name and email are required; the rest is optional.

The form also has a hidden field that people do not see. A submission that fills it is treated as automated and is not delivered or stored.

When the form is sent, our server also records the time, your IP address, your country as reported by Cloudflare, your browser’s user-agent string and the address of the page the form was sent from. These details go to the CRM with the submission.

Where it goes

The submission is sent to our CRM at crm.unykorn.ai. A copy is stored in a Cloudflare Workers KV store bound to this site’s worker, so a submission is not lost if the CRM is down. If the CRM does not accept a submission, the stored copy is sent to it again on a regular schedule. The CRM’s reply is stored with each submission’s copy.

No automatic deletion is configured for the stored copies.

If a stored submission still cannot be delivered, an alert with its case number and email address is written to the same key-value store under an internal key, whether or not Telegram alerts are set up. When that channel is configured, the alert is also sent to the site’s operator through Telegram.

Cookies and browser storage

This site’s code does not set cookies and does not use browser storage.

Requests your browser makes to other services

• Every page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
• On /record/, opening the part that lists the chains Legal-X uses reads chain.unykorn.ai, mainnet.base.org and twin.unykorn.org, and opening the part that shows UnyKorn Chain live reads chain.unykorn.ai. Nothing is read from these hosts before a part is opened.
• On /services/, some cards link to buy.stripe.com. Nothing is sent to Stripe unless you follow those links.
• The library links each entry to its source on another website; nothing is sent there unless you follow the link.

Each of these services receives your IP address and your browser’s request details as part of the request.
